Our volunteer program has a number of different positions available to enable people to help our furry friends in a wide variety of ways. We have positions for those who wish to work "hands on" with the animals in our care, as well as positions for those who would work with the public. We ask for a committment of 2-4 hours a week (8 hours/month minimum) for 4-6 months depending on the job. Our age guideline for youth is; children, ages 9-15, may volunteer with a parent or guardian partner. We ask all potential volunteers to attend a Volunteer Information Session. Please RSVP as space is limited. You can also reach the volunteer coordinator, Greg Mortensen, by phone, (707) 565-7116 or e-mail.
